How to evaluate peoples character traits, and yours!

Below is the chapter from my book Behavioral Programming. This is how you can quickly determine a persons character type anywhere and anytime!
Now below is a short video of a TAT test I did, you can listen and think about how YOU would answer these, and what people think about you when you talk about seeminly mundane things every day!

Psychological Operations
Description
Psychological operations (PsyOp) are a planned process of conveying messages to a target audience (TA) to promote certain attitudes, emotions, and behavior. These messages are typically conveyed using a line of persuasion known as a theme.

PsyOp is basically the use of communication to influence behavior. It is used against adversaries, their supporters, and their potential supporters. It is defined by the US Army in the following way: “Psychological operations are planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of foreign governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.”
Behavioral Programming changes peoples behavior. It teaches you exactly how to get people to do what they need to do.
This book is the newest form of influence out there. Years of research went into this, to learn not only how to alter a persons behavior, but also how it actually works; making it work consistently, and with everyone, not just one certain “target person or audience”.
Objectives
According to the US military, the ultimate goal of PsyOp is to modify the behavior of the TA.
The military also establishes contact with a TA using face-to-face communication (F2C) and psychological actions (PsyActs). F2C and PsyActs are similar. Both are audiovisual products consisting of agents of action who deliver messages to a TA.
Both require that the people involved follow a set of guidelines while play-acting to deliver the messages. Both are used to modify the behavior of the A. F2C usually involves a single individual addressing another individual, or a single individual addressing a group. PsyActs generally require more planning, more resources, and use multiple people to transmit messages. They require the coordination of a variety of resources, while F2C is simple.
Tactical Product Development Detachment
A Tactical Product Development Detachment (TPDD) is a small unit that works at the division or area level to instantly create PsyOp products for a specific situation in the AO. It provides products for PsyOp personnel that will have immediate tactical use in the AO.
The TPDD works with the civilian sector to supply most of its audio, visual, and audiovisual products for theater (battlespace) distribution. This includes civilian specialists in radio and TV programming, station management, casting, directing, editing, graphic arts, advertising, computers, design, music, photography, audio/video, and printing.

Behavioral Programming Book
My latest book, Behavioral Programming; The Manipulation of Social Interaction, is now available through Amazon, and will soon be in the ITunes bookstore. This book comes from 6 years of research that started out as a program designed to enable US Special Operations personel to acquire human assets and solicit help quickly behind enemy lines.

Behavioral Programming works at the most basic natural and subconscious level to program behavior where it begins, in the brain. What you say, and the context that you say it in has all the meaning. Your tone of voice may help or hurt your true emphasis on your words, but is not needed at all. You understand all the books you read without someone reading them to you, and they can to. This system of psychoprogramming is so effective that it works through the air via phone text or email. Using texting to program someone is like having a wireless router to their head for remote brain hacking. It gives us the direct access we need to them without actually having to be with them or even see the person.
Nothing out there has been taught like this. The human brain is a computer, learn to hack that and you can program it to do anything. Learning the code is the key, and the code is Behavioral Programming.

Behavioral Programming
Years ago hackers tried to devise a system of tricking people into giving them information with the intention of hacking into their computers. Recently pick up artists have developed a system of making themselves desirable to others. Con men have used lies and phsycology for decades to deceivetheir victims
.
Hackers devised “social engineering” to accomplish their goals. Its basically a way to trick people into thinking you are someone that you are not, with the goal of giving them confidential information. There isreally not much to this approach. Pick up artists have actually done a lot of research and development on their tactics. These tactics do work, but the scope of this approach is very limited, and with a narrowly difined goal. Short term results (and relationships) are achieved with this tactic. Con men simply use lies to get what they want.
Behavioral Programming is different. It is a way to get people to change their behavior and interaction with you. It is a way to make strong, lasting friendships, get warmer results from strangers, strengthen your current relationships and change everyone in your workplace.
This research was started years ago with the original intent of teaching US Special Operations Forces, Security Contractors and others in fields of high risk for being compromised and alone in a hostile land. We needed a way for them to solicit help fast, and probably from indiginous persons. Gaining the help from strangers could be the key to their survival. The system must be effective and fast, and last.
Kevin Reeve and I started teaching this in our UrbanEscape and Evasion classes to US Special Operations personnel. Kevin came up with the first set of rules, and we tested them out. They worked beautifully. As the program developed, I started to make notes of behavior modifiers that were consistent throughout our society. My notes kept expanding until I had enough to actually fill a book.
I am currently working to finish the book. The content is original and unique. I have never seen these things printed before, or even spoken of at a seminar. Thats why I am writing a book. To share new information to help you make friends, change behavior, and get the results you want out of people. The backdrop to all of these strategies is honesty and real intent. You can make friends out of strangers, get the promotion, make lasting friendships just the way you are. You dont have to be fake or pretent to be something your not to get the results you want. You just need to know some do’s and dont’s, and know what makes people happy.
You will see some tips posted here, and the complete book will be out shortly.
